Frequently Asked Questions
-
Mamoul is a traditional Middle Eastern butter biscuit celebrated for its delicate, crumbly texture and fragrant fillings. Deeply rooted in Arab heritage, it is traditionally prepared for special occasions such as Eid al-Fitr and Easter, symbolising generosity, joy, and hospitality.
-
Our mamoul is crafted from a refined blend of semolina flour, fine wheat flour, and rich butter. The dough is delicately infused with aromatic notes such as rose water or orange blossom water, then filled with premium date paste, pistachios, or walnuts.

At Golden Palm Confection, we use premium Belgian couverture chocolate.
Belgian chocolate is celebrated worldwide for its superior cocoa quality, smooth texture, and perfectly balanced flavour. We carefully select couvertures to complement each confection — ensuring a refined melt, elegant shine, and exceptional taste.
Whether paired with mamoul, used in our chocolate creations, or presented within our gift selections, our chocolate is chosen to reflect the same standards of craftsmanship and luxury that define every Golden Palm Confection product.

Kindly note that while our current chocolate mamoul selection does not contain nuts as an ingredient, our kitchen handles nuts. As such, traces may be present, and we advise customers with severe nut allergies to exercise caution.

Our products are prepared and packed to ensure optimal freshness and quality.
Most confectionery items carry a minimum shelf life of 3 months, depending on the product type and ingredients used. Each item is clearly labelled with a best-before date for your reassurance.
For best results, we recommend storing your confections in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Chocolate products should be kept below 20°C to preserve their texture and finish.
For our products, we suggest enjoying them within a few weeks of purchase for the finest flavour and texture as all are made fresh.
If you have any questions regarding a specific product’s shelf life, our team will be happy to advise you prior to ordering.
